We're dedicated to helping UCSC students find their perfect home. Our mission is to make the housing search process easier, more transparent, and less stressful for every student. We believe that finding quality housing shouldn't be a barrier to academic success.
Right now, we're fundraising to help get us off the ground. With your support, we want to be able to host events that connect students with housing opportunities, landlords, and resources. Your contributions will help us create a stronger community where students can share experiences and find trusted housing options.
We plan to host regular events including housing fairs, Q&A sessions with landlords, roommate meetups, and workshops on tenant rights. These events will create opportunities for students to network, learn, and find housing solutions together.
We're committed to creating comprehensive educational content about the rental process, including guides on lease agreements, tenant rights, budgeting for rent, roommate agreements, and navigating the Santa Cruz housing market. Knowledge is power, and we want every student to feel confident in their housing decisions.
